Shipping & Delivery When will my order ship? Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. During sales or holidays, give us up to 5 days – we’re hustling!

How long until it arrives? Standard shipping: 5-10 business days (free over $50!) Expedited options available at checkout for the impatient squad.

Where do you ship from? All from the USA – fast lanes, no weird customs drama.

Can I track my order? Yesss! Tracking link drops in your email the second it ships.

Orders & Changes Can I cancel or change my order? Within 1 hour of placing it – yes! After that, it’s already in the frenzy and can’t be stopped.

Wrong address? Hit us up ASAP at hellodazzlefrenzy@gmail.com – if it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll fix it.

Returns & Refunds Not vibing with your haul? 30-day returns, no cap. Item must be unused with tags. We’ll send a free return label (USA only).

How long until I get my refund? Usually 3-7 business days after we receive it back. Refunds hit the original payment method.

Products & Stock Will sold-out items come back? Sometimes! Drop your email on the product page for restock alerts.

Is everything legit quality? We test or obsessively research everything. If something’s trash, it doesn’t make the site.

Payments & Security What payment methods do you accept? All major cards and PayPal – all encrypted and secure.

Is my info safe? 100%. We use industry-standard encryption and never store your card details.
